Paul Walsh, the Irish Opportunist: Bebo co-founder, Paul Birch strikes again - Paul Walsh, the Irish Opportunist

So - anyone tried it yet?
  • Offbeatmammal · 1 year ago
Stupid. I go to the page and it doesn't tell me what it is, why it exists or why I should care.
It asks me to log in or sign up.

I followed a link to the blog. Nowhere on the first page was a clear proposition.

So I'll pass and go back to reading my twitter stream ;)

    Need an invite first ;-)

Can you send one over Paul?
  • Paul Walsh · 1 year ago
@Philip @Robin why don't you apply for the invite and I'll drop Paul and email :)
  • Robin Blandford · 1 year ago
I did already. Awaiting one ;-)

In Kualar Lumpar for the weekend so I guess by the time UK is back online and I get back to a connection it'll be Sunday.

    Cheers!

@Offbeatmammal could you not argue that almost everyone going to the site will know what the proposition is, given that it's closed beta. Go on, sign up and have a go and while you're at it, provide your feedback about the homepage needing more information ;)
  • Offbeatmammal · 1 year ago
@Paul ... well, yeah... but you didn't warn me, the site doesn't say "closed beta" or "private, no Homers" or similar (just the subtle little B sign) and....
I'll shut up now and sign up and see what happens. As long as it's more engaging the Pownce ;)

@Offbeatmammal - you're absolutely right, sorry. It was late and I was in a rush to interview Paul about the launch, which I streamed live via http://qik.com/paulwalsh

I'll post the video in a new post today.

    I'm with Offbeatmammal on this.

I don't have speakers on my pc (no point watching the video), have been intrigued for a while with regard to what cominded are working on.

They finally launch something, and I still don't know what it is, despite reading a post about their launch AND going to their blog on Yabb!
